Across the lodge, eight fully stocked bars offer plenty of places to unwind and reconnect after time in the field. A quiet drink, good conversation, and the steady comfort of the lodge help close out the day the right way.

Our pheasant is prepared in a way that highlights the bird itself, and the approach is easy to bring home, letting you recreate a bit of Paul Nelson Farm with the pheasant you take back.
